These terms govern the use of Thymming. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By signing up you confirm you are 18 or older and legally able to accept these terms.
2. Experimental platform (MVP)
The platform is in an early testing phase. Features may change, break or be removed, and data may be reset. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
3. Your account
One account per person. You agree to provide truthful information, keep your credentials safe and not impersonate anyone. We recommend using a nickname instead of your real name during testing.
4. Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams, solicitation of money and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate removal.
5. Safety and interactions
We do not run background checks and do not verify user identities. You are solely responsible for your interactions, online and offline. Never send money, keep personal details private, and take normal precautions when meeting someone (public place, tell a friend).
6. Your content
You own the content you post (bio, photo, messages) and you are responsible for it. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display it inside the platform for its intended features.
7. Compatibility results
Compatibility scores and indicators are based on simplified psychological models. They are informational only and are not psychological, medical or professional advice, and no matching outcome is guaranteed.
8. Blocking and reporting
You can block any user at any time, optionally attaching a report. We review reports and may act on them, but we cannot guarantee intervention in every dispute between users.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, harm other users or abuse the platform, with or without notice. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thymming and its creator are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or harm arising from interactions between users or from relying on compatibility results.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be signalled on the site; continued use after changes means acceptance.
